Cherie Nettles was diagnosed with a chronic lifelong disease at the age of seventeen. Her doctor's prognosis was that by the time she was twenty-one-years old, she would live the rest of her life in a wheelchair in chronic pain. After twenty-three years, five surgeries and a series of high risk medications, God has other plans for her life. God has chosen not to heal Cherie completely, but to give her the grace and strength to sustain her daily. Cherie perceives that often Christians only anticipate the joy of the deliverance of a trial while overlooking the minute by minute sustenance given to them by Jesus Christ in the midst of the trail.
Through the turmoil of her childhood, the onset of a chronic disease,
Rheumatoid Arthritis, and being an ovarian cancer survivor God has taught her that through her broken-ness He could lift her up out of the miry pit and place her on a firm foundation. Her enthusiasm, high energy, storytelling ability and contagious laughter
and comedy reaches out to women of all ages. Looking through God's eyes, Cherie now sees how God took the ashes of her life and formed beauty.

Come along and laugh, cry and get a work out for your liver
because laughter is the only true exercise for your liver.
Laughter is the best medicine and now the best form of "livercising!
